Dyson V12 Detect Slim Absolute trådlös dammsugare

I bought the V12 three weeks ago as a replacement for my V6 which has lost a little power after best part of 10 years usage (I think), it’s now retired to my garden room for easy cleaning. Physically tried other brands before purchasing the Dyson V12, they all felt cumbersome and awkward for my 5 foot frame, the Dyson simply manoeuvred easier and was less weighty, more well balanced and came with a good “stair” attachment which is a must. Have been using this for about 3 weeks and am very pleased with its performance. It certainly cleans the arpets much better than my old model which was a different make. Seemed quite expensive but hope its worth it in the long run. Lost a star because it needs emptying several times when in use. The dust container is too small, half the size of Dyson’s other models. Really pleased with this vacuum. I’ve had it a few weeks now and am hoovering so much more often because it’s actually fun! Key benefits for me are the weight, I have an upright hoover that is so hard to move round and hurts both my back and hands to use. The V12 is a pleasure to use. The dock is easy to use and makes it very convenient to just pop out the V12 and hoover up any crumbs as soon as they’re created. It works great on hard floors. I’ve not tested it on large areas of carpet but have done carpeted stairs. The machine defaulted to eco mode for this, which wasn’t very good, but medium was an improvement and boost mode was way more powerful than I expected from a cordless and did a really good job. The battery will last about 8 minutes in boost mode with the stairs attachment, which is plenty for a normal set of stairs. In auto mode on hard floors I’ve not come close to running the battery down even doing the whole downstairs. My only gripes are lack of spaces on the dock for all the heads, unclear start up instructions meaning there’s a bit of plastic I have no idea what to do with, and the dust emptying action which ends up scattering a cloud of dust back in to the air each time, which after all the guff about picking up tiny particles is a bit annoying.
